Brief Bio
Victor Chang is an Associate Professor (Reader) in Information Management and Information Systems of International Business School Suzhou, Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University, China. He's also a Director of Ph.D. Program. He was previously a Senior Lecturer in the School of Computing, Creative Technologies at Leeds Beckett University, UK. He’s a Visiting Researcher at the University of Southampton, UK and an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Liverpool, UK. He is an expert on Cloud Computing and Big Data. Dr. Víctor Méndez Muñoz has a main background in big data management and distributed systems. He participated in scientific international projects in physics and bioinformatics like AGATA, LHCb, ENRM and EISCAT, collaborating with several more. Currently, he is Head of Software Development at Mind the Byte, a bioinformatics company specializing in computational drug discovery using a pay-per-use SaaS platform (Software as a Service). He also works in the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) as a part time professor. Brief Bio
is a senior researcher and program manager at MSG Systems AG, Germany working in the fields of statistics, machine learning, neuromorphic computing, IoT, Big Data, and eHealth. Prior to joining MSG Systems, he was senior scientist at KU Leuven, KIT, SRC, and SI LAB. Dr. Firouzi is the author of more than 40 journals and conference papers. Dan Mønster is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics at Aarhus University, Denmark. His research applies a complex systems approach to the study of human interactions, mainly studied in the lab. Dr. Mønster is faculty at the Interacting Minds Centre and is Lab Manager for Cognition and Behavior Lab, Aarhus University.
